CCleaner 4.17.4808 takes 1 minute to clean ie11 history

I’m running CCleaner_v4.17.4808, on Win7 Pro SP1, 32-bit.

Every time I run the program, it takes 1 minute (see attached log file) to clean the Internet Explorer 11 history. I have all options checked in the Internet Explorer section.

It should be noted that the same problem existed in the previous version 4.16.4763

I'm attaching the log file created, after running CCleaner in debug mode, which was the 2nd consecutive run after the program was run and cleaned up everything (where again took 1 minute to complete the IE History cleanup).

In the file you can see the following lines:

[13:51:41::055][iNFO ] OnRuleStarted | 3001 | 3103 | History

[13:52:41::350][iNFO ] OnRuleFinished | 3001 | 3103 | History

When I uncheck the History in the Internet Explorer explorer section, CCleaner runs as it is supposed to. No delays.

Any ideas how this can be fixed?

Thnx a lot.

No Doubt, since a Couple of Previous Versions, CCleaner do appear to Consume a considerable amount of time in accomplishing its Cleaning Process.

I have only default options Checked in the left hand panel.

Only recently, I have been able to observe only a Marginal Decrease in the Cleaning times as I formatted by Machine to Factory Defaults.

Earlier, it were portraying more of getting STUCK for a Brief Interval, & then heading on to complete 100% of Cleaning process.

I would like to share an another observation. Cleaning amounts to a Data in the range of >100MB whenever IE is used in place of the Contemporary Browsers.

The Use of Firefox & Chrome expends a lot less of dispensable Data when Ccleaner is Run. Ads are Blocked against each of these.
