CCleaner 4.0.4 deletes Firefox 23 plugin Cookie Monster [1] exceptions for e.g. session cookies even if CCleaner settings are "don't clean cookies" for Firefox.
Earlier versions of CCleaner (e.g. 4.00.4064) did not touch these cookie exceptions with the very same settings.
How can I only keep Cookie exceptions in Site Preferences and delete the rest (whatever else is saved there), like it seemed to be the case with 4.00.4064?
You can't make any exceptions for them as of yet, and I don't know if Piriform has any plans or not to allow for exceptions. So in order to keep your list you need to untick Site Preferences in CCleaner and only then will it stop emptying FIrefox's permissions.sqlite file.
