CCleaner 3.16.1666 Not Clearing WinZip 16.0 Recent History

CCleaner clears WinZip 8 just fine, but when I recently upgraded to WinZip 16, it fails to clear the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\mru\archives

Currently, I am navigating regedit to the key and deleting the entries manually.

I am running Win Vista SP2.

Update, I think you may have replied to the wrong thread, this has nothing to do with recycle bins.

Sry, I've missclicked :o

Here is the Current Default clean for winzip

[WinZip]
ID=2088
LangSecRef=3024
Detect=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip
Default=True
RegKey1=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\filemenu
RegKey2=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\extract
RegKey3=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\directories|DefDir
RegKey4=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\directories|ExtractTo
RegKey5=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\directories|gzAddDir
RegKey6=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\directories|zDefDir
RegKey7=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\directories|AddDir
RegKey8=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\directories|gzExtractTo
RegKey9=HKCU\Software\Nico Mak Computing\WinZip\rrs\Opened

I do notice that the key you mention is not cleaned

it is, however, cleaned via the latest community Winapp2.ini file's Winzip MRU* entry

[WinZip MRU*]
LangSecRef=3024
Detect=HKCU\Software\Nico Mal Computing\WinZip
Default=False
RegKey1=HKCU\Software\Nico Mal Computing\WinZip\Mru

For temporary time you can make your own winapp2 (or download the pre-made one I mentioned from the sticky thread) with this entry

However, the developers read all threads (rarely commenting or making their presence known) and that coupled with the entry's beta testing in Winapp2 this may get added to the default clean soon enough.

Thanks, Nergal.
