I have noticed one rather annoying bug-it is probably related to ever-changing behavior of FFox History/URL History/Bookmark by its developers (sigh). CCleaner worked perfectly on versions of FFox prior to 3.5.
It goes like this:
If URL history is cleaned from within FFox 3.5, URL history bar content goes away (Tools...clean recent history...clean everything).
If cleaning done by CCleaner FIRST, URL bar history in FF3.5 stays "locked" and cannot be erased.
Also, it looks like CCleaner did the work... but didn't. Whatever handles URL History bar probably gets corrupted by its actions.
Only way to erase URL bar history it is to go FF3.5 "safe mode" and reset it to default values. That includes prior backup of Bookmarks and turning on addins later and all settings
Dunno if anybody else have this issue... but I hope I was of some help.
