Hello: I never ran this before, but would like to know if before removing items, I get a chance to go over them first? I dont like things automatically removed without me knowing exactly what they are! Thanks

You do get to see what is being cleaned/deleted and can untick items.

Also if you do a registry clean (issues) you are offered the choice of making a backup of the deleted reg entries in case you need to restore them. They are backed up by default to 'my documents' Just right click and chose merge to restore them.
