The current release I'm using of ccleaner (v5.07.5261 64bit) doesn't delete all of internet explorer's temporary internet files.
In particular on my computer, a 5,121 KB file SuggestedSites.dat is not deleted.
I manually deleted it. And when I run internet explorer, it automatically creates a new one.
I suspect you'll find that file, and those of that ilk, are not deleted, but are just 'cleansed' or 'compacted'.
My concern is that ccleaner's final screen says that the file was deleted. But if I perform analyze again, ccleaner says the file still is in the list to be deleted and the file size is the same. Therefore it wasn't compacted. I don't know what "mta" meant by just 'cleansed'.
if the file size hasn't changed, then the file hasn't been touched.
have you closed out of IE when you run CC?
if that file isn't being touched, then add it as an INCLUDE.
