CCCleaner kills SVN

The well-known open-source platform, Tortoise SVN integrates tightly into Windows shell extensions. These extensions disappear and one requires to fully re-install Tortoise SVN after CCCleaner is run.

I have two PC-s here: Windows XP 32-bit with SP3, and Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. The behavior on both is identical. I need to reinstall Tortoise SVN if I run CCCleaner.

It looks like CCCleaner fails to recognize validity of some shell extensions in the system, and kills them.

Please fix this!!!

When you run the basic cleaner, or the registry cleaner?
