Hi Support,

Buy CCCleaner to clean my duplicate music files on my NAS, but can't find any duplicates.

But there are many

I'm not familiar with Diskstation, and am not even sure if CCleaner can recognise it.

One thing I would try is to Map it as a Network Drive to give it a Windows style drive letter rather than \\DiskStation, and then use the 'Browse' in Duplicate Finder to specify the path to search
