I (unfortunately) got upgraded from CC6 to CC7. When I try to run CC7 under win10 nothing happens other than getting the UAC warning. What gives?
You could try a reinstall of CCleaner7, download a new installer from here:
Once downloaded double-click the ‘setup’ file to reinstall CCleaner7.

If you are having issues with CCleaner 7 then consider going back to v6.39: How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39
Follow ALL of the instructions there, particularly about turning off the Automatic Updating and deleting ‘CCupdate.exe’, if you do not follow the instructions then your newly rolled back CCleaner will just update to CCleaner7 again.
