I purchased CCleaner Pro. I bought a new laptop with windows 11. I can not figure out how to re register my CCleaner. (my and I are not, unfortunatley, as computer smart as we should be) Thanks for any help
There are a few way you can do this.
There should be a link in your purchase confirmation email to download CCleaner Pro.
Click that link and follow the instructions.
Or use the following link to download the CCleaner Pro installer.
Double click the downloaded '<em>ccsetup###_pro.exe</em>' file to install CCleaner - at the end of the install if you leave 'Run CCleaner' ticked it will ask you for your licence key .
(If you untick 'Run CCleaner' then it will ask for the key the first time that you do run CCleaner):

Or you could simply download the CCleaner Free installer from here and then register it:
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds
If you have CCleaner Free installed (or an unregistered CCleaner Professional) then you have to register it to use the Pro features.
- Open CCleaner Free. (or unregistered Pro).
- Go to Options>About>Upgrade to Pro.
- Enter your registration key as prompted.
- Click on register.
