Hi, does anyone have any experience with this? When I do a clean something gets removed from somewhere, temp? cache? After cleaning when trying to do a HotSync from Palm Centro (palm smartphone) to PC running Vista, I get the message "the connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your seup and try again." Thanks

usually there is no issue with cleaning temp and PHS; however, the error you are getting, can usually be solved by soft reseting your device (pull the battery, put the battery back in) or changing USB ports.
If this does not work open device manager go to USB devices and you'll see "unknown device" (this assumes that the charge light is still coming on when you connect the Hotsync cable) right click it and uninstall the device. Then plug the device (and cable) into another USB port.
If this does not work then open device manager and delete each of the Intel® ICH9 Family blah blah under Universal serial bus controllers (Make sure your mouse and/or keyboard are not USB or you will lose control of them) then refresh, the PC will find the USB again and this should fix your not connecting issue. If you only have a USB Keyboard and mouse, restart the computer after the delete, press and hold the power button til the computer turns off then turn the puter back on normally)
