Just downloaded cleaner & ran. When opened Chrome, noted that all my thumbnails to most visited sites had been deleted.
Is there an item I should untick in the lists so this doesn't happen every time I run cleaner??

on the Application tab, in the Chrome section, untick the stuff you want kept.
Thanks mta, had a look as suggested, but could not figure out which item to untick to keep thumbnails. Maybe I'm missing the obvious!!! Any suggestions??

I use Chrome only when I have to, and always in Private Mode, so maybe a more Chrome experienced member can chime in.
what do you mean by your thumbnails disappearing? Tabs?, bookmarks?, some sort of Speed Dial home page?
but from a practical point of view, untick all the items in that Chrome section of CC, and run Chrome after ticking one item at a time until these 'thumbnails' disappear again - then you'll have your answer.
