cc cleaner can not install in Windows 10

I had been using the cc cleaner since I had known this software and here in my new Windows 10 for more than six months now. But I had it open today but It won't work. I even uninstalled it and download a new cc cleaner in your website but It won't work now in Windows !0.

After I had it downloaded and installed but the installation process, it stop and just gone away. I had it installed for couple of times but the same. It doesn't install.

Please help as this cleaner is one of the good cleaner in my laptop and run my computer fast and my internet.

Hi @bernstap,

make sure you are getting CC from here; http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds

if the normal build still fails, try the Slim or Portable.

sometimes an anti-virus program may interfere with the normal build installation due to the Google offering.

if still no luck, start the PC in Safe Mode and try installing that way.

Sorry guys but bernstap is right. I was informed by Microsoft today that CCleaner is no longer compatible with the updated Win 10.

Works fine for me on my 'bang up to date' Win 10.

CC has also worked flawlessly for me since the Windows 10 release.

I'll give you however that the registry cleaner may cause some grief but all such cleaning is fraught with dangers and with Win10's constant 'major' releases and the goal posts moving, I'm sure it's been difficult for Piriform to get a grip on it.

But from a crap removal usage, it works fine on the multitude of Win10 PC's I see it on.
