CC Cleaner automatic subscription charge

I did not choose to have the subscription automatically renewed and yet they did it anyway. I cancelled it the next day and reached out to them regarding a refund. It has been a week and I have yet to hear back from customer service even though they guarantees a response within 48 hours. I can not find any other way to get in contact with CC cleaner and it’s frustrating me.

@Laurence_CCleaner I could not find a live chat feature for anything except active subscriptions. Since I cancelled mine, it would not allow me to speak to anyone.

@Laurence_CCleaner Additionally, the link you provided took me to the submit a request page and I’ve already done that and gotten no response.

Since the launch of live chat when you fill out the contact form, this will now give you a button that will start a chat and this will allow you to get a quicker resolution to your issue.
