CC Blind Spot: CCleaner doesn't delete Chrome's search engine history!

CCleaner doesn't doesn't delete the internet history of those sites visited whose search boxes have been used.

(To top it off, Chrome will suggest those websites as part of its auto-complete function when you type in the url bar.)

Not all websites get registered and saved by Chrome, but many blogs and websites do (try dailykos.com).

To see the list of saved websites, right click on the url bar and select "Edit search engines."

CCleaner doesn't touch this list! It's tantamount to leaving a partial internet history. Obviously, we can delete the history within Chrome itself, but this is what we have CC for.

This guy first noticed the problem last October, but didn't receive a satisfactory answer:

Could one of the software engineers please take note of this issue? It seems like a no-brainer.

thanks,

P.S. For the record, I have Windows 7, the latest version of CC (v.3.15) and Chrome (v.17). Before running CC I ensure that all instances of Chrome processes are not running -- so I don't think this is a bug, but a functionality that is lacking.
