I lost Custom Clean and the upper left tab has no contents, the whole product is suddenly not working. It is also very slow to open. This is urgent and I need a custom clean, as I have an old computer that is almost full. they sent me a key but there is nowhere to input it. I am fully subscribed to CC Prof Plus for 6 more months. Is there no support? Can anyone advise me?

one more note, I have health check but the button does not work.
close ccleaner
open windows services (win+R services.msc)
make sure there is a CCleaner 7 service and that it’s started and set to automatic. then open CCleaner your left pane should return.
Thanks Nergal. I appreciate your suggestion. I did find a solution before I heard from you. I will relay for anyone it may help. I had them send me the key. Support at least does that, because it is automated. But I didn’t even need the key. I went to apps on my Laptop, and left clicked CC7 and got a control window. I went to uninstall, and as I was about to uninstall, they offered the repair option. My windows repaired it and it works fine now. Interesting, since I just have Windows 10 and they are threatening to do away with all services to Windows 10. Greg
