My purchase of CCleaner premium professional bundle offered a cashback promotion, but it is not working. The first step where I enter purchase date and country works fine. The second step where I enter my email address and reference number is where the process gets stuck. It will not let me advance to the third and final step to authorize cashback. I am definitely entering the correct email and order reference number in step 2. Anyone else having this issue or know how to solve it? Cleverbridge support page does not offer any advice that I can find. They boast 24 hour support on the promotion when I purchased the software bundle. Anyone know an actual support phone number I can call?
Have you left it at least 24 hours since purchasing before claiming the cashback?
It won’t accept the claim request if you are too quick, that’s because it takes time for the details to get uploaded to the cashback service.
If it has been 24 hours or more then you will need to contact support for questions about cashbacks.
All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is the only way to access support.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - If you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply.
Thank you for the reply. This information is very helpful. I did indeed follow instructions and wait more than 24 hours to claim the cashback offer. I’ll try the contact form and live chat next. Hopefully this will lead to a solution.
