Can't use printer or email

Happy New Year everybody! I have a problem that I am contributing to CCleaner but I'm not sure. Here goes. When I try to send email from the app on Windows 10, it won't go to the website like it always did and then the ccleaner announcement comes up and says it cleaned the browser. Same when I try to print. The printer is on and when I say print, nothing happens but the ccleaner announcement comes up to say it cleaner the browser????? I have been using ccleaner for years and never experienced anything like this.

Any suggestions?

perhaps the easy way:

deactivate "system monitoring and active monitoring" and try if this problem is still there

i dont know really but -> options -> monitoring:

if you have the pro-version -> perhaps try untick "enable browser monitoring"
