Can't upgrade ccleaner to pro on my new Samsung tablet

Hello,

I just put ccleaner on my new Samsung tab s9fe. It offers me the chance to upgrade, but when I click on upgrade, a screen flashes and dissappear. Them a message comes up “something went wrong, check your internet connection”.

I’ve tried:

  1. deleting Google Play cache and data storage and reinstalling

  2. turning on all app permissions for ccleaner

Neither worked. Has anyone experienced this?
