can't register newly purchased professional cleaner

I have purchased two copies of the CCleaner pro package...

After installing on two seperate computers:


one on a desktop PC . Licence code: - 


& one on a Laptop . Licence code:  


One version (installed on the Laptop) has installed and *can be upgraded...


However, unfortunately...


Although the other has installed and does display the correct code etc.


it cannot be upgraded and displays an error code:


0x2efd: A connection with the server could not be established...




Please advise

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I removed your license key, don't share that in public
