after installing ccleaner and running it, i can not print. the printer IS showing as ready in the print queue. thoughts?

Dd you let CCleaner update the printer driver?

If so the ‘new’ one may not be compitable with your printer. (CC only checks if there is a newer version of whatever driver you have - it doesn’t check if the new one suits your printer model).

In CCleaner open the Driver Updater and thete should be a “Fix a problem” button - use that to see if it will roll your printer driver back to what you had before.

Do you mean driver updater not software updater? just for clarity

Thanks, I did indeed mean the DRIVER Updater.

I’ve now corrected it.
