Can't pin CCleaner to the task bar

I can not pin CCleaner to the task bar. I've tried to drag it there and only get a RED SLASHED circle. When I right click on the open app I get nothing. How do I or can I pin this app to the task bar?

Well, glory be - I just solved the problem.

I had to change the Registry TO:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile addedstring value IsShortcut as new string value.

Then did the same to:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile

After rebooting I WAS able to pin CCleaner to the TaskBAR

Hope this may help someone else.
