My license is about to expire and I want to cancel my subscription. Cleverbridge has tried to use the credit card information on hand (which has changed) many times and of course, it fails. So, from the application, I click My Account then Manage my license. I then click Manage Subscription and that opens my browser to the Subscription management page. I'm asked to enter my email address and my Cleverbridge reference number. All the information is correct, I passed the Captcha but I get: Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now. Interestingly enough, if I click Change payment option from one of the 30 emails I received, it opens my browser directly to the page where I can enter a new credit card and guess what is the Cleverbridge reference number I see in the address bar? The same I'm trying to use to manage my subscription. I find this dishonest and almost fraudulent. Am I missing something?

There did seem to be a glitch with the licence server earlier today.
It didn't last long and it appears to be working OK now so you might want to try again? - but as Nergal says you are probably best emailing support for their assistance.
