Can't install on Hyper-V core server

The installer doesn't get past (de)selecting which launcher options you want (add to start menu, desktop shortcut, etc).

"Install" is grayed out and the above section has nothing but an ad for Google Chrome.

I have a feeling this is related to a dependancy for something that is available on full license installs of windows, or any non-core install?

Is this happening because it detects that I'm on a server? (Which I'm not using as a server) :-)

Note: I'm using "Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2014 RC2" because it allows me to have a base windows install without the need for a windows license.

Good afternoon! I would like to clarify here to see prices for a similar problem, but with the program Defraggler. The fact that there is no slim build installer for that program. How to be in this case? Are there any plans for such an installer Defraggler?
