This is the 2d try I lost everything. Can't find it can't find my message, anything. The new version of Defraggler, 1.07, does NOT install. The last one, 1.04, worked fine. I download setup for the new one & try to run it & get "Can't write...defraggler.exe" or "Error opening file for writing" with the usual blather. No matter what I do the install file just doesn't work. I downloaded from both sources (d'load doesn't start automatically I have to click on Click Here), neither of them works. (see screen-shots attached, the errors I got)
Fortunately I didn't reinstall v. 1.04 and it still works fine.
Why doesn't the new version install?

Also in case you didn't know, you don't have to keep all your old versions of ccleaner as they are available here on the right

Hello Rogerac,
On your screen shots you still have defraggler open when you are installing the new version. Have you tried closing defraggler first and then running the install? The installer would have trouble writing over the defraggler.exe while it is currently open or in use.
