Is there a staff member on here. I cant get my licence at all. Apparently i put my email in wrong and therefor cant get the key. really peeved only bought it this morning.

Sent a email last week still
waiting for an answer not happy about customer service so far.
Think I’ll get in touch with my credit card company to retrieve the money as I’ve not recieved the product and no help has been given to solve the issue
that's damn slack service.
maybe an Admin will be kind enough on this forum to explain why.
would certainly go a long way to improve relations in what can only be regarded as a very tense time for many users of their products.
