Selected in the Ccleaner window is the System restore point I want, but when I make the selection only the "Remove" button comes up.
But I want to get back to the restore point, not remove it.
Rt-Clking the restore point returns nothing.
How do I get back to the specified restore point?
That area of Ccleaner is for removing system restore points only.

You cannot use it to go back to a restore point.
Instead you will have to use the operating system's built in ability to go back. Ask if you need help doing this.
By the way, you are using an old version of Ccleaner. The latest version of the build can be gotten here
