Resetting the Recycle Bin will delete the files and fix any corruption. This method works with Vista and Win7. A new bin will be created upon reboot.

Thanks that fixed it!, not just that an extra 25GB was recovered... Hmm wonder if CCleaner can have some sort of option for fixing things like this?

what the ...
Just did a ccleaner before going to bed and once again those two files are back! and can't be deleted
Didn't even use kegs.0.91 today or infact this week as it's an old emulator that used to be on the F:\ drive
- Right i think i know what's up, i deleted the Recycle bin as instructed on the C:\ drive but there is also one on the F:\ drive for some reason!... So that had to go aswell heh
Hopefully that fixed it, does CCleaner work on other drives aswell or just the main recycle bin on C:\
