I'm running the latest ver of CCleaner on Vista. the dat files couldn't be moved or deleted and the CCleaner program hung up in the recycle bin at 25%. I figured it was malware so I downloaded and ran the full scan on Malwarebyte. No luck. I went over to a thread posted in Spyware Hell and stumbled upon your cocktail of cleansing programs and your recommended sequence starting with comedian.exe. Voila! Problem solved! Muchas Gracias!
