I just downloaded the 3 latest versions of defraggler and none of them can analyse my C: drive. They can analyse D but not C
Please help.

Can you state some system specs and also what operating system and service pack.
Is the set up of your pc different in anyway? Are all program files in c\program files etc.
Also perhaps run the debugger and attach the log in a post
