Can't access cleaner 7

Hi,

CCleaner 7 was installed automatically on my PC, and now I can’t use it anymore. When I open the program, it only shows a window describing the new features:

  1. Better performance

  2. Elegant design

  3. New themes

However, there’s no button to close this window or start using the app. I’m completely stuck. What can I do to fix this?

We’ve had lots of reports of this welcome screen issue and there’s a work round.

The button is simply off the bottom of the window at your display scaling, so:-

Go into Windows Settings and set the display scale to 100%.
Run CCleaner 7 and get past the Welcome Screen.
Set your display scale back to what it was.
