canot install ccleaner 555

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

I have Ccleaner free.

When I run the update ccsetup555.exe on my Windows 10 desktop I get the message (translated from Dutch).:

Unpacking: error in writing to file ccleaner.exe

The folder ccleaner is added to Folder Control Access.

Any suggestions?
