I had to reinstall Windows 11 and Ccleaner for which I have an active licence. I cannot activate the licence in the program, and I cannot get a response from CCleaner as the email request link does not work either. There is an error notice in the support section and also in the program. Can anyone advise why I cannot get through to this company?
every time I use cleaner on the MAC it states I have a trial even though I have annual subscription. I enter my license key and everything is fine until next time. I CANNOT get through to this company either. No doubt this is by design.
