This program does NOT show in Programs and Features, but it does show in CCleaner.

This is what happens when trying to remove it through CCleaner...

Run Uninstaller

This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.

Delete Entry

Cannot delete MSI installer.

Not a bug cos CCleaner finds it in the registry. Try this fix by Toolbar Collection.
