Cannot Submit a request

Facing an issue in the CCleaner App. for Windows 10 (it cannot work with “Performance Optimizer”) I was recommended by the App. to use the “GET SUPPORT” button which led me to the “Submit a request” form.

Unfortunately, every time I tried to fill out the form I received a message “Hmm… we think you might be a robot. Please refresh the page and try again.”
But in vain.
Every time the same pattern.

What next ? Can anybody help?

Try sending an email to: support@ccleaner.com using the same email address that you purchased CCleaner from.
That goes to the same support queue as the form.

Sorry I don’t know how long they are taking to reply at the moment, but have patience. Sending more than one can actually slow the response time down.
