Cannot remove Opera

I installed and then soon un-installed Opera but this program keeps appearing in my CCleaner applications window. Any thoughts as to how to remove?

Just for future reference:

Delete the Opera folder located in C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Application Data\
