Cannot Reach an specific url!

I have never had this before so I suspect maybe CCleaner Pro may have something to do with it

This is the return I get when trying to reach myhub.avmed.org/en/member:

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator" (Please see attached copy of the window as it appears)

Have tried all the fixes contained in this linkhttps://helpdeskgeek.com/help-desk/how-to-fix-the-requested-url-was-rejected-please-consult-with-your-administrator-browser-error/ and has not fixed the problem.

Just for future, ccleaner has no way of doing this, sounds more like a vpn on your end or temporary server down on theirs

i also would suspect a problem with the URL that is being used.
