Cannot log in to cancel auto-renewal

Hi,

I am trying to log in to my account to turn off auto-renew but I keep getting the attached message, is there another way I can get into my account other than email and reference number? I've tried on Firefox, Chrome and Edge, I have contacted support but have not received an answer.

I am also having this issue

same issue. still waiting for support to reply. going on 5 hours.

I don't see how I can cancel auto-bill. I will decide when, or if, I want to renew. Appreciate any help.
