I have tried several times to update from version 6.23 to version 6.33. I am able to download the update but it will not install. Can anyone help please?

You say that it won’t install but could you describe just what happens, and if you get any error message.
Also:
What Windows version are you using?
Do you have an Antivirus installed?
Where are you getting the installer from? (CCleaner webpage, CCleaner builds, MS Store, somewhere else?)
