About 5 minutes ago, I attempted to download the latest version of CCleaner. Every time I do, the program takes me to the purchase page. I've already bought the Home edition; what am I doing wrong?

Probably something to do with your connection.

OK, you edited the first post. Are you trying to update CCleaner? Which version do you have now? Might be rogue/fake software.

I have had this problem as well and have paid for the latest version of CCleaner at least twice. I noticed today when I looked at the version history and all the fixes, CCleaner gets updated once a month. While I am relieved to find that Piriform doesn't expect there customers to purchase the program anew every month to get the latest version, I am confused that this problem exists at all. How can I tell if my version of CCleaner is not rogue or fake and if I use the link that you provided above, will that take care of the problem now and in the future? I have been very happy with CCleaner and would like to continue to use it and recomend it to my friends - I look forward to your response.

people, though it will seem mean for me to say, but if you had only looked at the download page & not clicked blindly/so quickly, you'd see the Download here link & that all versions pay or not are the same download, paying is for extra-hands-on-by-developers-support. meaning, if you paid twice, or are having issue with the software, you can contact them via email instead of us, the userbase.
