Cannot complete registration

First, was on Black Friday offer page and selected the one year professional selection. I then went to the web page to clarify whet I would be getting . Read it and selected the purchase button . I entered the card and id information and purchased the product. Found iout then the price was higher than the 1offer on the Black Friday page. Please credit my card back the difference. Thank you.

Second, during registration I Enter the key and then it ask me the name I used at time of purchase, "[REDACTED]". I do and it tells me it is incorrect. Help

The price is higher than in the offer because its a Cashback offer.

You pay the full price then 2 days later you can claim the difference back yourself by using this webpage: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/cashback/claim

You need to give 2 days before claiming for internal processing of your order.

For the registration problem:

Check that the name/key is <em>exactly</em> the same as you registered, capitals spaces etc, the best way is to copy and paste them from your confirmation email.


(We have known people spell their own names wrong when purchasing).

Remember also that it's Black Friday, so there may be a lot of purchases being made and it may be taking time for your purchase to be recorded, I'd try registering again later.

@rmust3: If you purchased with a company name, were you able to register it using the company name that you provided at the time of purchase rather than your personal name.
