Cannot cancel my subscription

I tried reaching CS MULTIPLE times, to no avail - been in queue for 2 hours.

There is no cancel button anywhere (already tried to manage my sub through both e-mail and software, again: to no avail). I demand my subscription to be canceled immediately - I have all the info needed and proof I disabled automatic renewal 1 year ago.

stop your unethical and apalling strategies to get money from people. it’s disgusting.

Look for the topic named “Billing Issue” created earlier today. There’s some chat happening there on a similar issue. Might help.
