I have an active CCleaner subscription paid by card, but I’m unable to manage it.
After the recent update, there is no account section visible in the app anymore. When I click “Manage subscription”, I’m redirected to a page where I can only enter an email address. The problem is that I no longer know which email was used during purchase, and there is no “forgot email/password” option available.
I do have a valid license key if that helps identify my subscription. My main goal is to turn off automatic renewal, but at the moment I have no way to access the account or billing details.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
