i got the free ccleaner for windows and after that it says you can try the 60 days free trial for the pro one. i did that through the application itself. it just asked me for the credit card details for 0 dollars and i got the 60 days. i didnt provide any email and didnt recive any reference numbers. now it says auto extension enabled and i want to cancel this before they auto renewal. when i press the manage subscription button in the application it needs an email and reference which i dont have. what should i do
AFAIK you can’t and have to wait for the 60 days to pass. (and see what happens then?)
We have tried to get more details on how it’s supposed to work but only got/get vague answers.
