Cancellation - refund

Hi,
I had a one year licence with CCleaner,I thought i was ending on the 21st of december but it ended on the 21st pf november.
I have been charged 44,95 € last week. I cancelled my subscription straight away as I did not want to subscribe for another year, the support said they will get back to me within 48 hours but I have not heard from them.
I tried to contact them on support@ccleaner.com but the email address is not monitored and so they won’t be able to respond to any inquiries. And the email help@ccleaner.com is not longer existing.

How can I get a refund ?

Does it make a difference if I live in France ?
