Impossible to use manage subscription button as I have never received a Cleverbridge reference number nor a subscription confirmation email. Had to go to the website to request my license number as it was not send to my mail. However the first monthly installation of payment had been deducted from my account immediately .Since then I have written to customer service repeatedly and received only one answer requesting payment confirmation which I send .Since hen no answer , no cancellation, no refund , nothing.
Bumped for staff attention.

I have a similar problem, difference is I have the free trial period and I can’t cancel that.

I have the exact same problem!!! I signed up and NEVER received an email from either ccleaner or cleverbridge (trust me I have checked every folder multiple times), so I have absolutely no way to log into my account. I have emailed ccleaner twice now with no reply on how to obtain my cleverbridge reference number. It seems crazy that there is no way to obtain this number or log in without it. If anyone has an idea how I can actually log into my account I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you.
