Cancellation and 30-day money-back guarantee

I canceled my CCleaner Pro subscription after a few days and requested a refund under the money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the Professional subscription is still running, the cancellation has not been confirmed, and I have not received a refund. Support has not responded to my inquiries via email/contact form for over 5 weeks.

Yes, after endless attempts, the cancellation was confirmed and the amount refunded. Unfortunately, this only happened after I reported the problem to PayPal. However, I still have access to the Pro version of CCleaner, so I would ask you to check again whether my cancellation of the subscription and the Pro version was actually processed correctly in your system within the 30-day period.

@kevino810, I can see that your recent renewal has been refunded and the licence cancelled.
