I wish to cancel my subscription. immediately.
CCleaners does not offer an easy or professional way to do this according to US business standards. I am not finding this to be an untrustworthy company.

these are all the people at the bbb better business bureau looking for help [?q=all%3Dccleaner%26from%3D0] to cancel their subscriptions with CCleaner. The list is very long. Not only am I forced to cancel my card, and file a complaint, it has been recommended by several AIs to contact the Department of Commerce in the US.
I was unaware that CCleaner sold out to another company, which seems to be explaining much.
I have merged your posts together because they are about the same thing.
This is a user forum so we do not have access to accounts/billing here.
The information you require is covered may times on this forum and the required pages are quite easily found in a websearch.
However some do seem to struggle and so here they are again.

You will need to contact support for questions about accounts or billing.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - If you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply.
this is such a scam - they offered 1 free month to try but you had to use your credit card - then when you canceled they FORCED you to pay a full month. THIS IS SUCH A MAJOR SCAM call you bank card now and cancel.

Sorry, you are having an issue canceling the automatic renewal on your CCleaner license.
You can manage your subscription via the CCleaner subscription management portal, which is linked from within the CCleaner app under Settings> Subscriptions, or via the link below:
If you cancel your trial subscription to CCleaner, you are not forced to pay a full month. If you are being requested to do this, I have sent you a DM where you can send me a screenshot of this so I can investigate it further.

this is crazy
I canceled the 1 month FREE subscripts I had for less than 14 days and it created a new one that intends to bill me until October AND you sent me a notice from this company that arrived as noreply.
you send an email asking for information under a no reply e-mail?
what has happen to this company?!
NOW you have FORCED me into canceling my credit card.
What kind of scam is this?
@brooks, a new subscription was not created, the email you received was advising you that the subscription had been canceled, but your license would remain valid until 5 Oct 2026, so even though the subscription was canceled, you could continue to use the pro features in the app.
As the subscription was canceled, you would not be charged at the end of the trial period.
