Cancel CCleaner Subscription No access to old email address

Hi All,

I would like to cancel my CCleaner subscription.

I have no details of my subscription & I don’t have access to the email address I used to sign up with?

How can this be resolved as it seems there is no way to resolve this?

Any help would really be appreciated, thank you.

You will need to contact support who can change the email address and/or cancel your subscription - However good luck with that at the moment because the support system appears to be broken and not-fit-for purpose.

Here’s how it should work, but people are reporting that the ‘Chat’ isn’t starting and after they click the button they just sit there waiting:

All customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
(Seems strange to me to have a ‘Start’ button for something that you HAVE to do anyway, but that is what we have been told).
