Can anyone help I cancelled sent several emails which i have kept with date on, I only have the free service and yet have been charged over £30 today, no one replies and no one to talk to. This is terrible service to treat people like this and will be makling sure i tell everyone i know to avoid this product.
How/what/when did you cancel?
If it was a subscription then did you cancel it more than 30 days before your licence was due to renew?

This is a user forum, we have no access to accounts or billing here.
If you havent already then you will need to raise a ticket with support.
Support is an email service, it is not ‘live chat’ so don’t expect instant replies.
If you use the form at this link: CCleaner Support Community you will be given a ticket number - make a note of it.
You will then get an automated email reply with some general information (which will probably not interest you).
Your support ticket is now in the queue to get to a person.

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment, particularly if your CCleaner isn’t showing as registered with them yet so it’s not showing that you have actually paid for support.
I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip:
Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.
I cancelled over 3 months ago and emailed support at least 4 times, Each time I have only got the automtic reply that they would get back to me but never have. Even if they are busy 3 months is an long time not to reply and I have only been using the free service and have not upgraded and dont even have an licence key.
So you cancelled 3 months ago and are on CCleaner Free, which I assume is what you wanted to do?
But then, after cancelling, you say that you have been emailing them and then say that you have been charged today?
I will give a staff member a poke to see if they can dig into things for you and clarify what has happened here.
